It has been quite a while since I posted, mostly because there was not much to post about.
With Thessaloniki marathon out of the picture, I’ve only recently started getting back into shape and building the aerobic base. At this point I think I’ve had 5-6 weeks that have been in 50+km, last one peaking at 67km.
With this said – a new goal has emerged!
Later this year, September 28th, I’ll be running my first timed ultramarathon – it’s a 12 hours Sri Chinmoy Belgrade Ultramarathon. The goal is to get as fit as possible so I drew a quick 13 week training plan that I’ll be sharing in one of the next posts.
Wish me luck, and I’ll do my best to keep myself accountable and update here once a week, at least.
